We wanted to wish all of you and your families a Happy and Safe Holiday Season and a Wonderful New Year. We hope you take the time to relax and go out and enjoy the outdoors because, after all, its the experience, not the gear, that matters in the end.

We also wanted to take a couple quick moments and explain some minor changes in our operations over the Holiday as we too enjoy time with our families and get out to enjoy the wonderful winter weather!

Our office and warehouse will be on limited operation from 12:00 Noon on December 24th t until January 4th, 2010. The following areas will be specifically affected as outlined below.

SHIPPING: Our warehouse will be closed December 25th, 2009 and January 1st, 2010 to celebrate New Years. Any orders placed during this time or pending due to backorder during this time will ship on the next business day.

WEB SITE/ONLINE ORDERS: As expected, our website will be fully operational 24x7 during the Holiday period.

PHONES/ONLINE CHAT: Our phones and online customer services will be OFFLINE from 12:00 Noon on December 24th until Monday December 28th, 2009. Addtionally, the phones will be offline from 12:00 Noon on December 31st until January 4th, 2010.
